Luxy Hair: Toronto Office Tour

What an incredible experience!

We had the pleasure of helping the Luxy Hair team design their dream office over this past year. It was great to be surrounded by such positivity, and a team who understood the importance of design in creating an inspiring work space.

We will be helping Alex, Mimi, and UJ, create their new office for Intelligent Change. If you haven't heard of the Five Minute Journal, or Productivity Planner, I definitely recommend checking them out. I integrate these journalling systems into my every day routine.

Enjoy the video below and we would love to hear your feedback in the comments!

Credenza Styling with Guff Furniture

We had the pleasure of partnering with Guff Furniture, in Toronto, to demonstrate three unique ways to style a credenza or sideboard.

1190 Shades Darker: A real estate film with Karyn Filiatrault of Home Sweet Karyn

We had the incredible opportunity to join Karyn Filiatrault, of Home Sweet Karyn, in the creation of "1190 Shades Darker (Introducing For Sale: TH102-1190 Dundas St E.)"

Exhibit Residences PH: Buying the View

We recently had the opportunity to stage the absolutely perfect penthouse of the Exhibit Residences. Inspired by the contemporary design of the building, we designed the space with a neutral palette, clean lines, and luxurious decor.

Feature Listing: BlogTO's "House of the Week," 66 Havelock St.

We're over the moon to share that the latest listing we staged/styled has been featured as BlogTO's "House of the Week." We worked with Bosley Real Estate's Nicki Skinner to bring this partially furnished listing to life. While staging, my team and I contemplated offering to rent the master en-suite only, a beautiful space in the third floor master-suite.

Take a look at the website and additional photos here. We would love to hear your feedback in the comments! Can you see yourself living here?

Feature Listing: A renovated Abbey Ln Loft

The latest listing we staged with Todd Sloan of Sutton Group-Associates Realty Inc.

Bright, beautifully renovated and in an amazing neighbourhood. Todd described it best in the listing:

"This intimate, boutique loft building is located in the desirable and historic King St. East Design District. Highlights of the neighbourhood include the world famous St Lawrence Market, amazing design and furniture stores, some of the city’s hottest restos, and the charming Distillery District.

This renovated one of a kind 2-storey loft offers over 1550 sq ft of spectacular light-filled spaces, oversized warehouse style windows, and with ceilings soaring up to 22 feet! This unique suite is the only one with a dramatic 2 storey wrap around atrium overlooking the main floor."

Terrace view of the main level. We wanted to compliment the height of the walls and size of the space by styling it with large, eye-catching art pieces.

The master bedroom. I wouldn't mind waking up to this beautiful view of King Street East. There's something about old red bricked buildings that's so comforting.

It's always a pleasure to stage a contemporary space. Is this a loft you would consider living in? (I know I would!)

I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments. :)

Feature Listing: Imperial Lofts

I always love watching my team enter the property we're staging for the first time. Especially when it's a beautiful hard loft in one of the cities most sought after buildings: The Imperial Lofts. There were so many wows and amazed faces, seeing the size, industrial features and versatility of the space. With both residential and commercial spaces in the building, it can be used as a home or office.

Check out the virtual tour here.

Helloooooooo Condo!!!

Last week I fell in love with Shaz Nayeri's latest listing. It's always a treat to stage a completely vacant property, and it's undeniable, this one has a particularly great layout. (Not pictured: 26th floor, unblocked view of the city.)

What to you think? Is this a condo you can picture yourself in? I would love to hear your feedback in the comments.

I was over the moon to finally add Wishbone chairs to my staging inventory. I might have to take these as my own.

Staging 23 Foxhill Road

This property has charm. It's undeniable. My staging assistant and I spent our staging day discussing what living there with our own families would be life. Pug Walter would frolic in the unusually large backyard. I would spread my clothes across the wall-length closet, in the again, unusually large master bedroom. Needless to say, it was a pleasure to stage.

I've been wanting to try the layered rug look for a while. I love that it adds extra depth and texture to the room. Something to play around with in 2017!
